A pochi passi dalla Cattedrale di Palermo, nel cuore pulsante della città dai mille volti, nasce Maison del Capo, casa vacanze armoniosa e funzionale che abbraccia lo scenario del luxury travel dell’isola. L’appartamento, situato al secondo piano di un palazzo settecentesco, combina con gusto ed estrema attenzione al bello l’anima antica dell’edificio a quella moderna della casa donata dai recenti lavori di ristrutturazione.
La maison si sviluppa su un unico piano. I tetti alti tipici delle antiche costruzioni nobiliari cittadine danno ampio respiro agli ambienti così predisposti:
- Una luminosa area living corredata di cucina completa di ogni comodità, divano, smart TV e tavolo da pranzo.
- Una spaziosa camera da letto matrimoniale balconata con un grande armadio e ampi comò a cassetti, che si affaccia sulla Chiesa dell’Angelo Custode. Dalla camera si accede inoltre al piccolo soppalco.
- Una seconda camera dotata di letto singolo che all’occorrenza diventa un confortevole letto matrimoniale completata da armadio e scrivania.
- Due sale da bagno con box doccia e asciugamani in cotone in dotazione.

It is possible to book our Maison by a credit card. It is also possible to book it by a bank transfer equal to the 50% of the total amount of your stay.
Your reservation will be confirmed when time for receive your credit card details.
We accept cash and credit cards Visa, Vpay, Mastercard, Maestro, ApplePay, Gpay, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, Union Pay.
Any cancellation must be communicated in writing. Please refer to your booking confirmation for your cancellation policy.
In case of changes or cancelltion up to 14 days before your date of arrival, no fee will be charged. For cancellation later than 14 days before your date of arrival, 50% of the total amount of your stay will be charged to the credit card provided as assurance.
This cancellation policy is not valid for the Non-Refundable rate (in this case the booking amount will be charged at the time of reservation and will not be refunded in case of cancellation).
No refund is due to guests who decide to interrupt their stay. They will be required to pay for the entire reservation.
In case of no-show, the deposit will be retained, or 50% of the entire stay will be charged to the credit card given as a guarantee.
The amount foreseen for the tourist tax is 2,00 € per person per day. For stays of more than 4 nights, from the fifth night onwards the tourist tax is not due. Residents of the Municipality of Palermo and children under 12 years of age are exempt from paying the tax.
Children up to 4 years old do not pay any supplement.
Due to the presence of private occupants inside the building, we recommend a behaviour respectful of their tranquillity, especially in the evening and at night.
The possibility of receiving visits and other guests other than those staying in the Guest House must be agreed with the property.
Smoking is forbidden in the rooms and in all common areas, except for the terrace.
The Management declines any responsibility for outages due to non-supplies, accidental failure of the equipment or other causes of force majeure. The Management declines any responsibility for damages caused by other guests, atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases.
The Management declines any responsibility for the loss, theft and/or damage of objects left in the rooms and for any damage to people or things.
Small dogs are accepted by prior agreement with the Management.
