A few steps from the Politeama Garibaldi, our Dimora Florio overlooks the tree-lined square dedicated to Ignazio Florio, a refined and functional holiday home that simply enhances the beauty of the historical building where it is located.
The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor of a building from the early twentieth century and interprets the values of Sicilian hospitality.
Our home is on one floor. The high roofs – characteristic of the city’s noble buildings – and the brightness of the spaces give harmony and beauty to the environments arranged in this way:
- A large living area with balcony, equipped with a totally equipped kitchen with a sofa and a dining table, which overlooks the garden of Piazza Ignazio Florio.
- A spacious double bedroom with balcony, furnished with two dressers, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a smart TV.
- A second large double bedroom with window, completed with two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a smart TV.
- A bathroom with a shower and some cotton towels supplied.
- A bathroom with some cotton towels provided and a laundry.

Your check-in, in smart and safe way*, is planned from 2:00 p.m.

It is possible to book our Maison by a credit card. It is also possible to book it by a bank transfer equal to the 50% of the total amount of your stay.
Any cancellation must be communicated in writing. Please refer to your booking confirmation for your cancellation policy.
In case of changes or cancelltion up to 14 days before your date of arrival, no fee will be charged. For cancellation later than 14 days before your date of arrival, 50% of the total amount of your stay will be charged to the credit card provided as assurance.
This cancellation policy is not valid for the Non-Refundable rate (in this case the booking amount will be charged at the time of reservation and will not be refunded in case of cancellation).
No refund is due to guests who decide to interrupt their stay. They will be required to pay for the entire reservation.
In case of no-show, the deposit will be retained, or 50% of the entire stay will be charged to the credit card given as a guarantee.
The amount foreseen for the tourist tax is 2,00 € per person per day. For stays of more than 4 nights, from the fifth night onwards the tourist tax is not due. Residents of the Municipality of Palermo and children under 12 years of age are exempt from paying the tax.
Children up to 4 years old do not pay any supplement.
Due to the presence of private occupants inside the building, we recommend a behaviour respectful of their tranquillity, especially in the evening and at night.
The possibility of receiving visits and other guests other than those staying in the Guest House must be agreed with the property.
Smoking is forbidden in the rooms and in all common areas, except for the terrace.
The Management declines any responsibility for outages due to non-supplies, accidental failure of the equipment or other causes of force majeure. The Management declines any responsibility for damages caused by other guests, atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases.
The Management declines any responsibility for the loss, theft and/or damage of objects left in the rooms and for any damage to people or things.
Small dogs are accepted by prior agreement with the Management.
