At the heart of Palermo, in front of the square dedicated to Ignazio Florio, there is Ai Florio – Luxury Apartment, an intimate and comfortable holiday home that celebrates and enhances the beauty and the typical hospitality values of the Island.
The apartment is finely furnished and equipped with every comfort and is located on the first floor – with a lift – of an historical noble palace, a few steps from the pedestrian area of “Via Amari” which connects the city harbor to the Politeama Theatre.
The harmony of the rooms and the simplicity of the furnishings give guests a pleasant and refined experience, able to match the holiday desire, feeling at ease like home.
Our home is spread over a single floor with:
- A delightful living room with bright French window, a sofa and smart TV.
- A spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table.
- A bathroom with shower cabin and cotton towels supplied.
- A laundry room with double service and cotton towels provided.
- A large double bedroom with a French window, a wardrobe and smart TV.
- Another double bedroom with a French window, complete with a desk and a wardrobe.

It is possible to book our Maison by a credit card. It is also possible to book it by a bank transfer equal to the 50% of the total amount of your stay.
Any cancellation must be communicated in writing. Please refer to your booking confirmation for your cancellation policy.
In case of changes or cancelltion up to 14 days before your date of arrival, no fee will be charged. For cancellation later than 14 days before your date of arrival, 50% of the total amount of your stay will be charged to the credit card provided as assurance.
This cancellation policy is not valid for the Non-Refundable rate (in this case the booking amount will be charged at the time of reservation and will not be refunded in case of cancellation).
No refund is due to guests who decide to interrupt their stay. They will be required to pay for the entire reservation.
In case of no-show, the deposit will be retained, or 50% of the entire stay will be charged to the credit card given as a guarantee.
The amount foreseen for the tourist tax is 2,00 € per person per day. For stays of more than 4 nights, from the fifth night onwards the tourist tax is not due. Residents of the Municipality of Palermo and children under 12 years of age are exempt from paying the tax.
Children up to 4 years old do not pay any supplement.
Due to the presence of private occupants inside the building, we recommend a behaviour respectful of their tranquillity, especially in the evening and at night.
The possibility of receiving visits and other guests other than those staying in the Guest House must be agreed with the property.
Smoking is forbidden in the rooms and in all common areas, except for the terrace.
The Management declines any responsibility for outages due to non-supplies, accidental failure of the equipment or other causes of force majeure. The Management declines any responsibility for damages caused by other guests, atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases.
The Management declines any responsibility for the loss, theft and/or damage of objects left in the rooms and for any damage to people or things.
Small dogs are accepted by prior agreement with the Management.
