CONDITIONS OF SALE

METHOD OF PAYMENT

You can book one of our rooms by bank transfer, credit card or payment at the hotel. In the latter case, to guarantee the reservation, the guest will be required to provide a credit card to the following e-mail address: info@addimora.com.
The reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment or credit card details. The payment in the structure takes place at the check-in, together with the delivery of the keys and the guest registration. We accept cash payments and credit cards Visa, Vpay, Mastercard, Maestro, ApplePay, Gpay, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, Union Pay. In case you do not have a credit card, a deposit of 100€ will be required upon arrival at the hotel.

CANCELLATION

Any cancellation of reservation must be communicated by email. For cancellation conditions please refer to your booking confirmation.
If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later than 2 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total amount of the booked stay will be charged to the credit card provided as guarantee.
This cancellation policy is not valid for the discounted Non-Refundable rate (in this case the booking amount will be charged at the time of reservation and will not be refunded in case of cancellation).
No refund is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken and therefore is required to pay for the entire stay booked.
In case of no-show, the deposit will be retained, or the cost of the first night will be charged to the credit card given as a guarantee.

 

CITY TAX

The amount foreseen for the city tax is 1,50 € per person per day. For stays of more than 4 nights, from the fifth night onwards the city tax is not due.
Residents of the Municipality of Palermo and children under 12 years of age are exempt from paying the tax.

 

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT

Reception service from 8:00 to 13:30.
It is possible to check-in from 8:00.
Self check-in after 13:30.
The rooms are available after 13:00. Addimora Home is available by 13:30.
Check-out before 10:30.

 

CAUSES OF FORCE MAJEURE

The Management declines any responsibility for inefficiencies due to lack of supplies, accidental failure of the equipment or other causes of force majeure. The Management declines any responsibility for damages caused by other guests, atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases.
The Management declines any responsibility for the loss, theft and/or damage of objects left in the rooms and for any damage to people or things.

 

GENERAL RULES

The allocation of the room will be made by the Management according to availability. The possibility of receiving visits and other guests other than those staying at Addimora must be agreed with the Management. Smoking is forbidden in the rooms and in all common areas, except for the terrace.
In Addimora B&B it is allowed to use the kitchen only during breakfast time.

Small dogs are accepted by prior agreement with the Management.
